HIGH TENSIONS: U.S. B-52 Bombers Fly Over Disputed South China Sea Islands, While China Is In Fear!
“Two B-52H Stratofortress bombers took off from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, and participated in routine training missions, March 4, 2019,” the US Pacific Air Forces said in a Tuesday statement obtained by ABC News.
The South China Sea contains many islands, reefs and shoals presently controlled and occupied by the People’s Republic of China but also claimed by several other nations, including Vietnam, Taiwan, Cambodia, Brunei and Philippines.
Aside from the enormous amount of international sea trade that passes through the area, it is also believed to contain large amounts of as-yet unexplored oil and natural gas deposits.
